The end of 2009 was really busy with many properties on Auckland’s North Shore being sold prior to Christmas.
The popular method of sale for many vendors was by Auction……….buyer versus buyer.
Auctions are always transparent and are all over in a few minutes.
My opinion is either pricing your property or by auction are best.
Harcourt’s Cooper & Co Ltd, Leading real estate on the North Shore were busy right up until Christmas day.
Top auctioneers Rob Tulp and Andrew North were ‘’on fire’ selling 84% of the properties on the day with many being sold before auction or a few days later.
