Real Estate Auckland North Shore 2009

The end of 2009 was really busy with many properties on Auckland’s North Shore being sold prior to Christmas. The popular method of sale for many vendors was by Auction……….buyer versus buyer. Auctions are always transparent and are all over in a few minutes. My opinion is either pricing your property or by auction are best.
